Service Recipient Rights & Responsibilities

This course provides opportunities for staff and consumers and the general public to gain knowledge and awareness of consumer rights and responsibilities.  Videos, group exercises, and case scenarios help attendees recognize their rights as well as understand their responsibilities.  Group discussions cover how policies were developed to protect consumers, contacts for self-advocacy resources and the importance of being connected to the community.
